Building a Navigation Component with Variables
Navigation is key within any digital interface. Smart Components enable us to create custom interactive navigation components that work perfectly with the rest.
There are three steps to achieving a successful AI-powered GTM (go-to-market):
Step 1: GTM Diagnosis
Everything begins with diagnosing the activities within the process where AI can create a significant impact, whether through:
a) An increase in growth rates (Scalability).
b) A significant reduction in costs (Sustainability).
c) An improvement in service quality (Durability).
Based on this, the first step is to prioritize one of these three drivers.
Step 2: AI Training
Identify the different customer profiles/segments (ICP), customer journey, and processes. Then, train the large language model (LLM) accordingly.
Step 3: Implementation and Fine-Tuning
Measure the key success indicators against a baseline established prior to the sprint. Evaluate the results, leverage the specific moments where AI delivers positive outcomes, and scale them across the organization. Train and empower team members in AI to excel in roles that best reflect their utility within the "Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Curve," which will replace the "Skill/Compensation Curve."
In this new paradigm, AI will replace humans in many low-complexity, high-supervision tasks (1:100). However, for complex, high-risk tasks, an empowered human with a holistic view of the system will always be required (1:1).
This information is provided by Winning by Design. At Opti Pixel, we rigorously follow this methodology to successfully complete every AI implementation.
